  • Cooking oil
  • Two eggs
  • A glass of milk
  • 45 grams of margarine

Preparation steps:

  • 1 Preheat a sandwich press.
  • 2 Remove the spam from the can and begin to cut it in to twelve small slices.
  • 3 Spread six slices of bread with butter or margarine.
  • 4 Put the cheese on the slices of bread on the unbuttered side and on top of it layer the sliced spam and a spoonful baked beans. Add spinach on top.
  • 5 Put the remaining slices of bread on top of the spam.
  • 6 Make a mixture of eggs and milk. In the mixture, dip the sandwiches on both sides.
  • 7 Fry lightly using margarine on griddle or skillet over medium heat until the cheese has melted completely and the sides of the bread forms a golden-brown coating. If you want the cooking in a sandwich press, put the sandwiches in the press and allow it to cook for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the golden-brown crust has formed on the sandwiches.
