"Already have a lawnmower from same manufacturer. Perhaps it was us but assumed that the battery pack we already had would suffice. Yes it does say battery not included but unless we missed it in the description it doesn't convey the fact that this item requires two batteries not just one. Should be more prominent. Also, it does not come with a catch bag for collection. Not mentioned. We had to fork out another Fifty pounds to get the additional items. Be warned. Machine is great and works very well but still think that the additional items that are required should be made a lot more obvious."

"Does the job so well it's the clearing up after that's hard work!"
"No scarifier can collect much in the box if it is any good, otherwise, you would just get a bad back emptying it! But, this one pulls up so much moss, weed, and thatch that it is the raking up afterward, then the mowing that takes the time. I made passes up and down, then went across, and then cross-hatched. It was still pulling up stuff. Not surprising as the lawn had not been scarified for some time but now the grass is free to breathe and fill in."

"Mud gets stuck in the holes!"
"Well made, as most Draper products are - but mud gets stuck in the aerating holes and it's hard to get them out. I've seen alternatives that cost double this that have the ability to remove the mud each time you use it. if you're buying for a large area, I would not recommend."
